In our hotel, we have designed our wellness facilities to offer a tailored experience to all. Our sauna and hammam operate at moderate temperatures, which makes them ideal for people looking for gradual and gentle relaxation.
These controlled temperatures have several advantages, especially for those suffering from blood circulation problems, feelings of heavy legs or of skin pathologies. This also avoids putting too much strain on the cardiovascular system.
Too much heat can sometimes be uncomfortable, but here you enjoy a soothing environment that promotes relaxation while gently stimulating circulation.
Take the time to enjoy a moment of thoughtful well-being to meet everyone's needs, in a warm and welcoming setting.
For an optimal experience, we recommend alternating between the sauna, the hammam and our jacuzzi, in order to maximize the benefits on your body and mind.
Cet été, prenez du temps pour vous avec notre toute nouvelle activité bien-être : les cours de pilates sur tapis, dans un cadre propice à la détente et au ressourcement.
Pensés pour des groupes de 6 personnes maximum, ces cours offrent un accompagnement privilégié pour travailler en douceur la posture, le renforcement musculaire et la mobilité.
